Prepared Pasta Schedule – December

December 11th–13th
Cannelloni  – Pasta tubes filled with fresh ricotta and roasted butternut squash, topped with our brown butter bechamel sauce, crispy sage and fontina cheese.
Ready to bake. Serves 4.

December 18th–20th
Lasagne – Layers of fresh pasta, bouldergnese (a vegetarian bolognese) and béchamel sauces, finished with fontina and parmesan cheese.
Ready to bake. Serves 4.

Macaroni and Cheese – Our house-made mac pasta tossed in a rich, made-from-scratch cheese sauce, topped with pane fritto, fontina, and parmesan cheese.
Ready to bake. Serves 4.

Pickups

• Thursdays: 11 AM – 6 PM

•  Fridays: 11 AM – 4 PM

• Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

If you need a different pickup time, just contact us — we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Delivery

We don’t ship prepared pastas, but we do offer local delivery within Boulder — from 3rd Street to Cherryvale Rd, including South Boulder and Dakota Ridge.

• Flat delivery fee: $5

• Ordering multiple items to be delivered on the same day? We’ll deliver them all together at no extra cost. Just choose delivery for one of the items  and we will consolidate the orders!
  Deliveries are made Thursdays between 4 PM and 6 PM, right to your doorstep.
