Immerse yourself in the beauty and pasta culture of Piemonte—a region in Italy with many similarities to our Foothills—where delicate pastas filled with regional ingredients are cherished by both the cosmopolitan city culture and rural traditions alike. The region’s pasta heritage brings together filled pastas, rich egg yolks, and mountain cheeses, complemented by treasures such as Barolo wine, truffles, and hearty fillings.
Stuffed and egg-rich pastas are the signature of Piemonte, with each province offering its own distinctive shapes and fillings, deeply rooted in local tradition and craftsmanship.
Join Claudia for this special series exploring the region’s most iconic stuffed pastas. Each class will last approximately 2½ to 3 hours. You’ll enjoy a tasting during the session and leave with the pastas you’ve crafted by hand.
