Rigatoni and Casarecce when you crave a hearty dish paired with a chunky sauce (Bolognese, a pomodoro ragu), Fusilli and Garganelli for the medium bodies and a toss of sauteed vegetables (think funghi and garlic or a winter pesto), the versatile conchiglie (shells and cheese, stuffed shells) and the delicate of the set, Campanelle (brown butter, sage and roasted butternut squash).
