Fresh Pasta Schedule

January 15th - 17th:
Fresh Spaghettoni - a slightly thicker version of spaghetti. (4 servings)

Add-on sauce: Made from scratch pomodoro ragu with fresh herbs. (4 servings)

January 22nd - 24th:
Fresh Capellini – Angel Hair.

Add-on sauce: Brown butter and sage.

January 29th - 31st:
Fresh Mafaldine – a beautifully ruffled ribbon pasta, similar to pappardelle.

Add-on sauce: Made from scratch pink pomodoro ragu with fresh herbs. (4 servings)

Pickups:

• Thursdays: 11 AM – 6 PM

• Fridays: 11 AM – 4 PM

• Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

Delivery:
We don’t ship fresh pastas or sauces, but we offer local delivery within Boulder — from 3rd Street to Cherryvale Rd, including South Boulder and Dakota Ridge.

• Flat delivery fee, per delivery: $5 

• Ordering multiple items to be delivered on the same day? We’ll deliver them all together at no extra cost. Just choose delivery for one of the items and we will consolidate the orders!
