Fresh Pasta Schedule – December

December 4th–6th:
Fresh Capellini – Angel Hair.
Add-on sauce: Brown butter and sage.

December 11th–13th:
Fresh Fettuccine
Add-on sauce: Brown butter Bechamel with Fontina cheese.

December 18th–20th:
Fresh Mafaldine – a beautifully ruffled ribbon pasta, similar to pappardelle. Add-on sauce:  Bouldergnese (a vegetarian Bolognese)

For each order you’ll receive fresh pasta (plus the paired sauce, if you choose the add-on option).

• Each order includes 1 pound of pasta and, if chosen, the sauce serving 4–5 guests.

Pickups:

• Thursdays: 11 AM – 6 PM

• Fridays: 11 AM – 4 PM

• Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

Delivery:
We don’t ship fresh pastas or sauces, but we offer local delivery within Boulder — from 3rd Street to Cherryvale Rd, including South Boulder and Dakota Ridge.

• Flat delivery fee: $5 

• Ordering multiple items to be delivered on the same day? We’ll deliver them all together at no extra cost. Just choose delivery for one of the items and we will consolidate the orders!
