Fettuccine "Craft" Paglia e Fieno - Organic Durum and Kamut blend egg pasta Paglia e Fieno Fettuccine ("straw and hay") is a traditional Italian pasta made from alternating ribbons of classic egg fettuccine and spinach-infused fettuccine. The contrast of golden and green strands creates a beautiful presentation, while the spinach adds a subtle earthy note that complements the rich flavor and tender texture of fresh egg pasta.
