Fresh Pasta Schedule – November

November 6th–8th:
Fresh Bucatini – a thicker spaghetti with a hole through the center.
Add-on sauce: Pomodoro with fresh herbs.

November 13th–15th:
Fresh Spaghettoni – a slightly thicker version of spaghetti.
Add-on sauce: Puttanesca (a tomato-based sauce with sautéed garlic, black olives, and capers) or Pomodoro with fresh herbs.

November 20th–22nd:
Fresh Mafaldine – a beautifully ruffled ribbon pasta, similar to pappardelle.
Add-on sauce: Pink Pomodoro (a creamy tomato-based sauce) or Pomodoro with fresh herbs.

For Pomodoro sauce to go with Spaghettoni or Mafaldine, please let us know (Add order note, at the bottom of the window, as soon as you click on Add to Cart)

Each week, you’ll receive one order of fresh pasta (plus the paired sauce, if you choose the add-on option).

• Each order includes 1 pound of pasta and 16 oz of sauce, serving 4–5 guests.

Pickups:

• Thursdays & Fridays: 9 AM – 4 PM

• Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

Delivery:
We don’t ship fresh pastas or sauces, but we offer local delivery within Boulder — from 3rd Street to Cherryvale Rd, including South Boulder and Dakota Ridge.

• Flat delivery fee: $5

• Multiple items in one order? We’ll deliver them all together!
  Deliveries are made Thursdays between 4 PM and 6 PM, right to your doorstep.
